The main lodge includes two sleeping rooms: the Lakota and the Elk-Horn Suites, each with a private bathroom and shower. The Bear's Den and Fly-fisherman's Retreat rooms share a bathroom with a shower. Rooms feature double-sized Rustic Log and Fir bedroom sets with custom-made Spruce Armoires and desks. The Elk-Horn Suite has a king-size elk horn & log bed with a pillow top mattress and down bedding. A similar king-size elk horn & log bed with a pillow top mattress is in the double room. Guests can relax in the Great-room in front of the fireplace or enjoy music. A large deck overlooks the Missouri River. River's Bend Lodge is an excellent location to start a Missouri River fly fishing vacation. This part of the Missouri is known by local fishermen as "The Best Stretch of Blue Ribbon Trout Stream." The River's Bend Lodge is suited for casting for Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout, Cutthroat Trout, or lake fishing for Walleye, Rainbow Trout, Perch, and Kokanee Salmon. A playful and interactive museum for children of all ages with creative and educational exhibits. Park activities include bicycling, bird watching, fishing, hiking, nature tours, and river overlooks.
