The Villa Bed & Breakfast (Adults Only) features seven unique suites. The Sorrento, the grandest room at 800-square-feet, includes walls of apple green, a hand-crafted nine-foot-tall king bed, and a private veranda with views of South Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. The Cimbrone suite offers a queen bed, a veranda, and a sitting room with a desk. Caserta, a 300-square-foot coral-colored suite, features cathedral ceilings, a jacuzzi tub, and a marble-tiled gas fireplace. Amalfi offers a queen bed, a gas stove fireplace, and ADA compliance with a wheelchair-accessible shower. Napoli includes a carved mahogany queen bed and a desk. Ravello features views of South Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains, a chaise lounge, and a gas fireplace. Verona offers a king bed, two fireplaces, a desk area, and a marble table.

The Villa Bed & Breakfast (Adults Only) serves a full breakfast from 8:30 to 10:00. The breakfast includes a fresh fruit salad, juice, coffee, and a special entree. Breakfast is served in the dining room or the plant-filled garden room. Special dietary arrangements and to-go breakfasts are available upon request.

Guests have access to the entire property, common areas, and gardens. The mansion is surrounded by a large garden with native and foreign plants, an outdoor table with chairs, a garden waterfall, and a tree house. There are sofas, armchairs, and wicker furniture throughout the property, including in the living area and sun room.
