Beachwood Condos & Resort offers bungalows with a private entrance, a living room, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen including a stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware, and oven. You may bring your own dog bed, blankets, and linens. Select units feature a seating area. All rooms have a private bathroom with a bath or shower. Each townhouse also includes a seating area with a sofa or futon, cable TV, and a fireplace. Amenities such as heating, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, a patio, free Wi-Fi, garden furniture, free toiletries, cookware and kitchen utensils, and a flat-screen TV are provided.

Activities Onsite
Beachwood Resort has a hot tub and a private beach area. Guests will appreciate convenient onsite amenities such as a spa tub and a fitness center. A rec center is able to be set up to seat a large group for a party or a dinner. Outdoor attractions and designs include a BBQ area and a picnic area. No pets are allowed inside the Clubhouse, Sauna, or Viewing tower. The property includes private beach access and an observation tower. Guests must maintain peeks productions, such as: toilets, showers, stoves, lighting, hot-tub, pool, etc. Guests must also remove weeds from all flower beds and on the main pathways.
Location and Surroundings
Located off SR 109 on Copalis Beach, Beachwood Condos & Resort sits between Evergreen forests and the North-West coast of Washington State. It is one of the first resorts of its kind to open in the area. Nearby landmarks include Ghost Forest (3 km), Griffiths-Priday Ocean State Park (3 km), Washington Parks (4 km), Griffiths-Priday State Park (2 km), Pacific Pearl Beach House (5 km), and Langley Hill (5 km). Cultural highlights include Creative Light Gallery and Fusions Art Gallery. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Oyhut State Park and Pacific Beach State Park. One of the first stops is the Quinault Casino. During March, April, and May, you will most likely spot a whale along the Copalis Beach coast. Razor clam digging is also available. A designated bathroom area for dogs is behind the Clam Hut.
Services and Information
An extensive bus route is available that stops right in front of grove driveway. Safety features include a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a security system, and a first aid kit. Guests will be held responsible for any missing and/or damaged items accrued during their stay. Certain bookings are accepted for group events or parties, including pre-wedding stag/bachelor and hen/bachelorette parties. Guests must phone the manager 24 hours in advance of scheduled arrival. Notice of 72 hours is required for low seasons- prior to the day of check-in.
