The Eagles Nest Apartment, on the second floor, accommodates up to 8 guests and includes two single queen bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa, two twin sleepers, a fully equipped kitchen, and mountain views. The Home Suite accommodates 12 guests in 4 queen bedrooms and 4 twin day beds, and it includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, two stone fireplaces, and mountain and courtyard views. The Victorian Farmhouse accommodates 8 guests with 3 queen beds and 2 twin beds, a large equipped country kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a gas fireplace, and a large grass yard.

While Beaver Valley Lodge does not offer breakfast, guests can visit The Old Mill Cafe, next door, for breakfasts. On Fridays and Saturdays, the cafe serves dinner. From Downtown Leavenworth, take the Chumstick Hwy. Pangborn Memorial Airport is 70 km away. The village of Plain features a grocery store, hardware store, and laundromat.
