BLUE MOUNTAIN BED AND BREAKFAST, Lolo

The Syringa Suite includes a king-sized bed, a two-person jetted tub, a Roman shower, a lily pond, and a waterfall view. The Sagebrush Suite features a hand-crafted king log bed, heated tile flooring, a two-person jetted tub/shower, and a Missoula Valley view. The Bitterroot Room offers a queen-sized log bed, a two-person whirlpool tub/shower, heated tile flooring, and a private outdoor deck. The Rose Room includes a queen-sized sleigh bed, a jetted tub/shower combination, and a shared outdoor deck. The Ponderosa Room features blued ponderosa pine trim, antique tools, and a pioneer quilt.

Breakfast at Blue Mountain Bed and Breakfast includes Swedish pancakes, huckleberry Dutch Babies, pecan-crusted French toast, eggs benedict, or steak and eggs. Accompaniments include Blue Mountain blueberry scones, homemade cinnamon rolls, roasted red potatoes with garden vegetables, asparagus gratin, or golden fried polenta with warm maple syrup. Home-made preserves, fresh fruit, juice, tea, coffee, and cocoa are also available. Dinners are available for parties of four or more, featuring ethnic and western dishes. Japanese cuisine, such as shrimp tempura, katsu curry, sukiyaki, and yakitori, is available, accompanied by spring rain salad and miso soup.

Guests can view wildlife, hike, horseback ride, geocache, and huckleberry pick on Blue Mountain. Guests can also relax in a suite with a jacuzzi bath, watch a DVD, listen to the player piano, and watch birds and views of the mountains, valley, and waterfall.
