The vintage guest rooms at the Centralia Square Hotel retain much of their original 1920s charm. Several rooms feature original claw foot tubs or marble showers; bachelor-style rooms have access to a common restroom and marble shower down the hall. The original 1920s hardwood floors and in-room sinks have been restored, with state-of-the-art individual heating and cooling units added. Each room includes bathrobes, towels and free Wi-Fi.

The Centralia Square Grand Ballroom hosts weddings and other celebrations. The Parkview Terrace provides an open-air retreat for guests to enjoy beverages overlooking Washington Park. The ballroom has side riser levels on the east and west walls, each about 3' 5' wide, accommodating 32 guests at 16 two-top tables. The main floor area is about 31' wide from the edge of the side risers on either side. The ballroom is 73' long, including the full depth of the stage. Theater-style seating accommodates 276 chairs in 16 rows with one center aisle. Facility event hours are 10 am to 9 pm Mondays through Thursdays, 9 am to 11 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and 11 am to 10 pm on Sundays. Amenities include a 75" big screen television, an oversized sectional couch, a serving bar, 60" round guest tables, and 6' rectangular banquet tables.
