The studio with a Kitchenette named "Sandpiper" cottage features a queen mattress with a Serta Imotion adjustable lift bed, a full bathroom & the kitchenette includes, coffee, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, dishes, toaster & coffee pot. The two-bedroom Historical cottage named "Serendipity" features a full kitchen, dining area table seating for 6, one full bathroom with jetted tub and shower as well as another 1/2 bath with sink and toilet. The one-bedroom "Hollyhock Cottage" features a Serta imotion adjustable lift bed, a separate seating area with a full size sleeper sofa bed, full kitchen, electric fireplace, bathroom & small dining area.
