Franziska Haus has multiple lodging options. Simon's Perch, on the second floor, features a king size bed, a bathroom with a soaking tub and shower, artisan cement bath counters, and a bowl sink. It also includes a balcony with views of the vineyard and Chehalem Hills. Ava's Terrace is another second-story suite with a rattan king bed, a bathroom with a soaking tub and shower, artisan cement bath counters, and a bowl sink. It also offers a refrigerator, table/chair seating, a large screen TV, and a balcony with vineyard and Chehalem Hills views. Katharina's Cottage, a detached 1,100 square foot cottage, has vaulted ceilings, a king size bed, a seating area with a sofa and chairs, a dining table, and a bathroom with a tile surround soaking tub/shower. The Orchard Room features reclaimed wood finishes, a king-size bed, a large bathroom, and views of gardens and a hazelnut orchard. The 700 square foot Franziska Suite, on the third floor, includes a king size bed, a private bathroom with a vaulted ceiling and a walk-in shower, and a sitting area.

Franziska Haus serves fresh gourmet coffee, juice, and baked goods using Oma Franziska's recipes. Breakfasts may include cast iron skillet entrées of traditional German cuisine.

The bed and breakfast features common areas where guests can relax on couches, read, and socialize. The grand room includes a twenty nine foot high stone fireplace. The property provides views of filbert orchards, grazing sheep, vineyards, and the Chehalem Hills.
