Dining at Hotel Condon
Guests enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast every morning in the dining room from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM. Breakfast includes freshly ground coffee from local roaster Browne House Coffee and The Portland Roasting Co., juice, fresh fruit, cereal, Bob's Red Mill gluten-free oatmeal cups, hard-boiled eggs, assorted breads, and a free copy of Condon's local newspaper, The Times-Journal. Wild Sage Restaurant, onsite, offers a dining experience with local sourcing and scratch cooking. The menu features dishes crafted from seasonal ingredients. The restaurant is open every Friday and Saturday from 5 PM to 8 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM. A fine Oregon wine selection and 6 craft brews are available on tap. The Buckhorn Saloon is open on-premise Friday and Saturday from 5 PM to 10 PM through the winter months.

The café at Service Creek Outfitters is on the John Day, at 38686 HWY 19 Fossil.
