Dining Options
Guests enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast in the dining room from 7:30-9:30 am daily. The breakfast includes freshly ground coffee from Browne House Coffee and The Portland Roasting Co, juice, fresh fruit, cereal, Bob's Red Mill gluten-free oatmeal cups, hard-boiled eggs, assorted breads, and a free copy of Condon's local newspaper, The Times-Journal. The Wild Sage Restaurant, onsite and created by Chef Aly Sedlock, features dishes crafted from local, seasonal ingredients. It is open every Friday and Saturday from 5-8 pm, and Sunday from 10-2 pm. The Buckhorn Saloon is open Friday and Saturday from 5-10 pm through the winter months. A fine Oregon wine selection and 6 craft brews on nitro/carbon tap are on offer.

Hotel Condon is near the John Day Fossil Beds (3 Units), Cottonwood Canyon State Park (8,000+ acres for hiking, biking, equestrian trails, fishing, boating, hunting, and camping), and the John Day River (fishing, boating, hiking, swimming, and camping; rafting and kayaking from May through early July).
