Mascioni Italian linens and Down Inc. comforters are included. Grand Suites offer a King bed, a living area with a Queen sofa sleeper, and a kitchen with dishes, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Historic rooms in the original Leopold Hotel Building include original tile work and pedestal sinks. Historic rooms have either a window or portable AC unit during summer. Historic Suites include a Queen bed and a sofa sleeper. Suites have a flat-screen TV and a mini fridge. The Historic Leopold Suite is a two-bedroom apartment with views of Bellingham Bay, a living room, a full kitchen, and a dining room. The Accessible Studio Suite features a Queen bed, a roll-in shower with grab bars, and a writing desk.
