Inn At Cannon Beach is 100 km from Charlotte Amalie Harbor Seaplane Base. Located one short residential block from the ocean, it's situated in Cannon Beach's charming Mid-Town, otherwise known as the Presidential District. It is located at the south end of Cannon Beach. Nearby landmarks include the Cannon Beach History Center and Museum (2 km), Icefire Glassworks (2 km), and Haystack Rock (1 km). The main "downtown" area of Cannon Beach is home to lots of quaint art galleries, boutiques, and restaurants. Sand castle building and beach combing remain favored family activities, and the sandy shoreline give miles of beach to play on. The front lawn offers a place for guests to read or catch some sun. The Stormy Weather Arts Festival on the first weekend in November is one of Cannon Beach's most popular events. There is also a walking tour map of the historic cottages sprinkled throughout Mid-Town from the Cannon Beach Historical Society.
