The Inn at Cape Kiwanda features 35 oceanview rooms and family suites. Select dog-friendly guest rooms include dog towels, blankets, and treats, plus a warm-water outdoor wash station. All accommodations have gas fireplaces, spa-inspired bathrooms, and private balconies with views of Haystack Rock and the Pacific Ocean. Rooms include ultra-comfy King or Two Queen beds, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Some rooms feature jetted tubs.

Meridian Restaurant & Bar has ocean views, serving lunch, brunch and dinner with ingredients from local farms. Stimulus Coffee + Bakery, located on the first floor, delivers fresh-baked breakfast items and coffee directly to guest rooms; orders can be placed using a QR code. Doryland Pizza offers coastally crafted pizza for takeout. The Northwest's only oceanfront brewpub, Pelican Brewing Company, serves casual meals paired with award-winning brews. A second Pelican Brewing Company location at Siletz Bay features coastal cuisine and sunset views.

Guests can borrow e-bikes, beach chairs, towels, and sand toys. An indoor swimming pool and hot tub are available. A putting course offers nine holes. Nestucca Adventures, located beside the Nestucca River, rents traditional and Hobie kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards. It is less than a two-hour drive from Portland and near Cape Kiwanda, Cape Kiwanda State Natural Area, Pacific City Gallery, Rowboat Gallery, Chester's Markets Pacific City, Miles Lake, South Tillamook County Library, and Bob Straub State Park. Guests can start the Three Capes Scenic Loop in downtown Tillamook, a 40-mile drive that includes Cape Meares and Cape Lookout.
