Park Motel and Cabins offers a range of accommodations: standard cabins (Orca, Lighthouse, Seagull, and Chinook) have two bedrooms (one queen, one king) and private covered porches. These cabins accommodate up to six guests (with a futon in the living area) and include a full kitchen with a microwave, full-sized refrigerator, oven, and cooktop. Each cabin has a charcoal barbecue and fire pit. The A-Frame Chalet (Sea Lion) features a queen master bedroom, a loft with one king and one queen bed, and a futon in the living room, accommodating up to eight guests. It also has a full kitchen with a convection oven/microwave and a cooktop, along with a charcoal barbecue and fire pit. Kitchenette 1 (Willamette) includes a full kitchen, one queen bed, and a futon. Kitchenette 2 (Umpqua) offers a full kitchen, two queen beds, and a futon. The King Suite (Columbia Room) is located in the motel. The King Quad rooms (The Wallowas) feature two king beds for up to five guests; both rooms can accommodate an inflatable bed (available for a $25 fee). King Queen Quad rooms (The Deschutes, Smith Rock, and Salt Creek Falls) have one king and one queen bed, accommodating up to four adults. The Deschutes and Smith Rock rooms have separate bedrooms, while the Salt Creek Falls Room has an open floor plan. The King Economy rooms (The Mount) are the most affordable, with smaller bathrooms.

Each guest room at Park Motel and Cabins includes free WiFi, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
