Rainbow Ranch Lodge features Riverside, Pondside, and Barn accommodations. Riverside Rooms include handcrafted lodgepole queen beds, televisions, a sitting area with a sleeper sofa, a desk and chair, a wood-burning river rock fireplace, and a deck overlooking the Gallatin River. Pondside rooms offer Pondside Deluxe Rooms, Pondside Luxury Rooms, and Pondside Luxury Suites with views of the trout pond and the Gallatin River in the distance. The Ermine Suite features 1 King bed and a leather couch that converts to a Full bed, two indoor fireplaces, one outdoor fireplace, and a walk-out porch overlooking the Trout Pond and Gallatin River. The bathroom includes a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, a double vanity, a separate toilet room, and a closet. In-room amenities: sprinklers, AM/FM alarm clock, and telephone.
Dining at Wild Caddis
Wild Caddis Restaurant provides Montana-inspired cuisine along the Gallatin River. The menu includes locally produced food whenever possible. The new menu adds elk ragout with winter pear and gorgonzola ravioli, grana Padano and crispy leeks, or split pea soup with maple glazed pork belly, lemon crema and cornbread. Signature cocktails include the Love Grows Gimlet (Boss Tweed Old Tom Gin, rosemary-infused simple syrup, and lime juice), the Filthy Vodka Martini with a Blue Cheese Stuffed Olive, and the Clark Griswold (Grind Espresso Rum, Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey, and homemade eggnog). The Wild Caddis bar is open to the public from 5 PM to 9 PM daily. Continental breakfast is available for guests.
