Rosario offers guestrooms and suites across 30 waterfront acres. Lodging options range from hillside rooms with king and queen beds to one-bedroom suites with kitchenettes and gas fireplaces. Bayside Villa rooms near the Moran Mansion and Rosario Marina feature patios or balconies with island views, televisions, small refrigerators, Wi-Fi, coffee makers, and private bathrooms. Select rooms include gas fireplaces. Bayside Queen rooms offer partial views of the Moran Mansion or Rosario Marina. The Bayside Waterfront King provides East Sound views and a deck overlooking the shoreline. The Bayside Deluxe Waterfront King includes a king bed, gas fireplace, and sitting/dining area. The Cliffhouse Suite features a king bed, an oversized tub with a separate shower, a gas fireplace, and a spacious deck.

Rosario Marina has over 36 slips and eight mooring buoys. Two onsite restaurants offer distinct menus and settings. A casual outdoor restaurant overlooks the marina, serving cocktails, appetizers, burgers, seafood, and fish & chips. The Moran Lounge provides fireside cocktails and food in a historic setting.

Guests can swim in the original indoor pool and work out in the fitness room. The spa offers relaxation and rejuvenation treatments, and fitness classes. Turtlehead Trails offers guided horseback rides, lunch rides with swimming and hiking, and a 'Horsing Around Program' for children. More than 5 acres features 38 miles of trails for hiking and mountain biking.

Rosario Resort & Spa is located on Orcas Island, 80 miles northwest of Seattle and 95 miles southwest of Vancouver. Rosario Village is 5 km from Orcas Island, near Mount Constitution (5 km away), Buck Bay Shellfish Farms (4 km away), and Moran State Park (4 km away). The Orcas Island Farmer's Market features local farmers, artists, and chefs. Guests can explore clear water along the shoreline for undersea creature observations.

The Moran Mansion Museum displays original furnishings and artifacts from ship-builder Robert Moran. The Museum features original photographs from the early 1900s, Arts and Crafts furniture, and a display of ships built by the Moran Brothers Company. The Music Room features a Belgian stain-glass window of the harbor at Antwerp. Olmsted Brothers designed the grounds with naturalistic landscapes, water features, and paths.
