Bayside Villa rooms near the Moran Mansion and Rosario Marina feature patios or balconies with island views, televisions, small refrigerators, Wi-Fi, coffee makers, and private bathrooms. Select rooms include gas fireplaces. Bayside Queen rooms offer partial views of the Moran Mansion or Rosario Marina. The Bayside Waterfront King provides East Sound views and a deck overlooking the shoreline. The Bayside Deluxe Waterfront King includes a king bed, gas fireplace, and sitting/dining area. The Cliffhouse Suite features a king bed, an oversized tub with a separate shower, a gas fireplace, and a spacious deck.

Rosario Marina has over 36 slips and eight mooring buoys. Two onsite restaurants offer distinct menus and settings. A casual outdoor restaurant overlooks the marina, serving cocktails, appetizers, burgers, seafood, and fish & chips. The Moran Lounge provides fireside cocktails and food in a historic setting.

Turtlehead Trails offers guided horseback rides, lunch rides with swimming and hiking, and a 'Horsing Around Program' for children.
