Rooms at Rustic Getaway by Sand Dunes come in different sizes, including triple and family rooms with shared bathrooms. Each room can be locked with a key. Some rooms have a loft area, but the upper level lacks ventilation or air conditioning-a ceiling fan helps but may not be enough on hot nights. Each room has a socket near the bed, toilet paper, towels, and a shared bathroom with toilet, bathtub, and shower.

A continental breakfast is available each morning. Guests help themselves using food and grocery products provided by the owner, stored in the shared kitchen. The kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave oven, toaster, utensils, dishes, and a large fridge for guests' own food.
