The Birder features decor reflecting local avian life, including Great Blue Herons. Each home includes a fully-equipped kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils; a TV; a private WiFi network; a full-size shower; a private deck with a barbecue; and outdoor seating. The Mermaid unit includes a master bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, a full kitchen, a dining room, and a living room with a sleeper sofa. Each room offers a unique view of the forest, where Great Blue Herons, Egrets, and Bald Eagles are often seen.

Sheltered Nook provides access to locally-sourced goods. Nearby dining includes Oyster Po Boy, Fried Oysters, Baja Shrimp Cocktail, Fish Tacos, and Steamer Clams.
