Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort provides various accommodations. The Alcove room includes a queen size hand-hewn log bed, a twin size bed in a window alcove, robes, a refrigerator, Nespresso coffee, and teas. The Loft features a queen and twin bed on the main floor plus a full-size log bed upstairs, robes, a refrigerator, Nespresso coffee, and premium teas. The Eyrie Suite has a king bed, a whirlpool bath, a seating area with leather chairs around a wood stove, robes, a refrigerator, Nespresso coffee, and premium teas. The Library Suite includes a king bed, a queen sofa sleeper, a dining area, seating in the living room, a wood-burning stove, and an outdoor seating area. The Rookery cabin accommodates up to eight people with four sets of bunk beds, seating, and a private deck. Other cabins include hand-hewn log beds.

Kingfisher Restaurant features local ingredients, exposed wood beams, a stone fireplace, and views of Icicle Canyon. It is open for breakfast from 7 AM to 10 AM. Dale Chihuly's glass art installation, The Icicles, is located at the entrance. O'Grady's Pantry serves breakfast and lunch specials. The Grotto Bar offers spirits, whiskies, seasonal cocktails, local craft beer and wine, and a tapas menu. It is open seven days a week, starting at 4 PM. It features a granite wall and a Chihuly Icicle Chandelier, plus a heated patio, a fire pit, and a waterfall.

Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort provides a pool and hot tub open daily from 7 AM to 10 PM. There are self-guided art walks. The Aspen Leaf Day Spa provides treatments and therapies. Guests can access an organic garden. Forest Service day and annual passes are available for hiking, biking, and walking in the Cascade Mountains. Sleeping Lady has become the base-camp for bird watching. Leavenworth Winter Sports Club offers skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and biking.

Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort is near Leavenworth Nutcracker Museum (5 km), Tumwater Canyon (4 km), and Icicle Creek Center for the Arts (1 km). Pangborn Memorial is 55 km away. Two of seven sites in the area have been selected by Audubon as birding hotspots. Leavenworth Golf Course is nearby. It is located on the ancestral homeland of the p'squosa (Wenatchi) people.
