Rooms come as Queen, Lofted Queen, or Superior Lofted with a queen bed and sofa bed. Each has a full kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and toaster. The bathroom includes free toiletries and a hairdryer. Lofted rooms have a steep ladder to the bed - not recommended for those with mobility issues. Some rooms have a private balcony. All units have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with streaming, and a white noise machine. The rooftop terrace offers skyline views.
Dining
This property has no restaurant. Each room has a kitchen for cooking your own meals. Nearby, 13 Coins is a 24-hour restaurant recommended in the app. Uwajimaya supermarket in the International District is a 10-minute walk and sells groceries and prepared food. Pioneer Square has many restaurants and bars within a few blocks.
Leisure
The rooftop terrace is open from 8am to 10pm and has views of the Seattle skyline. Free laundry machines with detergent pods are available on site. Rooms have a flat-screen TV with Roku - you log into your own streaming services. The building is quiet at night, and a white noise machine is provided. No spa or gym.
Transportation
A 5-minute walk from King Street Station (Amtrak and Sounder) and the light rail link from Sea-Tac Airport. Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park are a 2-minute walk. Pioneer Square is a historic district with galleries and cafes. Pike Place Market is a 15-minute walk. The streetcar stop is around the corner. Parking is not on site; nearest paid lots are a block away.
Services
Check-in is contactless via the Sonder app. You receive a mobile key for the building, elevator, and room. There is no front desk, but staff respond to messages through the app. Free luggage lockers are available if you arrive early. Daily room cleaning is not automatic but can be requested. Extra supplies (coffee, toilet paper, towels) are in a cabinet near the elevator. No room service or business center.
