The winter retreat includes a heat-controlled fireplace and two bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. A two-level cottage features an upstairs bedroom with a queen bed, two chairs, and an ocean view. The second queen bedroom is downstairs. A sofa bed, kitchen, electric fireplace, spa bath, TV, and bathroom are included. One room with an ocean view provides a queen-sized bed and two twin floor sleeping mats, a fully-equipped kitchen, a hot tub, an electric fireplace, a seating area, and cable TV with a DVD player. Standard amenities include heating, a sitting area, a terrace, free Wi-Fi, free toiletries, cookware/kitchen utensils, a flat-screen TV, and carpeted floors.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM. A deposit and final payment are non-refundable within thirty days on the main house. Thirty days' notice is required on the Guesthouse vacation house.
