The King Cottage, located away from the main hotel, features a private, fenced patio and yard, a king Serta Presidential Pillow Top bed, a flat-screen TV, a sitting area, and a writing desk. ADA Two Queen rooms are accessible from the parking lot and include a full-size, anti-slip bathtub, shower chair, detachable showerhead, and safety bars. Junior King guestrooms are the most economical and offer a Rogue River view from the patio or balcony. Deluxe King rooms are available with adjoining doors and views of the Rogue River.

Guests can enjoy a daily full hot breakfast in the Pine Room from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, featuring bacon or sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles or pancakes, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, cereals, and an assortment of bagels, scones, or pastries.
