Canvas Tents & Treehouses
Under Canvas Glacier, located seven miles from the west entrance to Glacier National Park, offers upscale accommodations with luxurious Safari tents. The Deluxe Tent includes a plush king-size bed, a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and flushing toilet. A wood-burning stove keeps the tent warm. Guests can also select a safari-inspired Suite Tent with a wood-burning stove or sleep under the stars in a treehouse. Select tents feature a seating and dining area, and a private bathroom. Each custom tent includes a small table and access to communal bathrooms. Additional cots can be added to the tents.
Onsite Food
Guests can prepare dinner at the provided grills and picnic areas. Complimentary firewood is provided.
Activities
Guests can rent bicycles to explore the surrounding area. On-site activities and in the surroundings include hiking, nature watching, and fly fishing trips on the Flathead River. The Wild and Scenic Middle Fork of the Flathead River provides whitewater rafting through the John F. Stevens Canyon on Class II-III rapids near Glacier National Park.
