Yellowstone Basin Inn, located 8 km from Yellowstone National Park's North Entrance, provides 16 studios and suites. Studios are for a maximum of 2 guests. La Duke is a wheelchair-accessible room on the ground floor with a king bed, log furniture, and a refrigerator. Ridin' High features a queen bed, sofa, microwave, fridge, and log furniture. Paradise Cabin Room includes a private kitchenette and king bed. Riverview, on the second floor (stairs only), has a queen bed and views of the Yellowstone River and Electric Peak. Northern Lights, also on the second floor (stairs only), features a queen bed. Gallatin View offers a king bed, microwave, refrigerator, walk-in shower, and views of the Gallatin Range and Yellowstone River. Bear Den has a king bed and front porch views of Devil's Slide, the Yellowstone River, and Electric Peak. Montana has a king bed, a kitchenette with a stove/oven, and a full bathroom. Big Timber, a 2nd-floor unit (stairs only), includes a king bed, a full bathroom with a tub/shower, a microwave, a mini-fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. Two Queen Rooms feature log furniture. The Maiden Basin studio includes two queen beds and a kitchenette. Big Sky features two queen beds and wood decor. Rainbow Trout includes two queen beds. Valley View offers two queen beds and views of Paradise Valley. All studios and suites offer tea and coffee facilities, and free toiletries. Some rooms also offer a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, a private entrance, soundproof walls, and a balcony with mountain views.

Yellowstone Basin Inn provides a complimentary breakfast. Guests make breakfast bar is stocked with all cereals, breakfast condiments, and dishes.
