Shoe Tree Brewery is on the property with a 7-barrel brew house and four fermenters, producing 600 barrels of beer annually. The setup includes a stage and dance floor.

The resort features hot springs outdoor pools with temperatures ranging from 98-104° year-round. Air spray and evaporative cooling are used, and pools are drained and refilled each day with natural mineral water at 121 degrees. Nine small private pools offer relaxation. Water contains elements such as sodium, sulfate, chloride, silica, potassium, calcium, fluoride, magnesium, and lithium. Water therapy and exercise programs are available.

Carson Hot Springs Resort & Spa is located 0.3 km from Carson Hot Springs Golf & Spa Resort. Nearby landmarks include Wind Mountain Trail (4 km), Home Valley Park (3 km), Dog Creek Falls (2 km), and Bridge of the Gods (7 km). It is 80 km from Portland International. Historical Hot Springs
The springs were used by the Washoe people and settlers during the California Gold Rush. The property has been known as Swift's Hot Springs and Shaw's Warm Springs. James Shaw built a 'plunge' at the springs. Sierra Mist Spring Water is available. Investors headed by Mark Begich purchased the springs to restore them. Improvements include two small jetted pools, remodeled restrooms and dressing rooms, and remodeled soaking tubs.
