Deluxe Cottages with a Loft include a dining table, kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, oven with 4-burner range, a coffee maker, a TV with cable in the living room and bedroom, a full-size hide-a-bed in the living room, and a full-size bed in the open loft. Camping Cottages have a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and 2-burner range (no oven), a coffee maker with a starter pack of coffee, and a full bathroom. Guests must bring their pillows and sleeping bags. One Bedroom Cabins do not have linens, dishes, or cookware. Small fridge, microwave, and TV with cable are provided. Restrooms with showers are located nearby. Heating, fire pit, picnic table, and outdoor seating are included.

Guests can enjoy common areas with a fire pit, benches, a gazebo, and yard games like giant Jenga, Uno, horseshoes, and cornhole. The Outdoor Common Area has a large fire pit, a covered picnic area, and seasonal outdoor games. Linus bikes are available. The Gear Shop, next to Doryland Pizza, provides putters and golf balls for the Putting Course, e-bikes and cruiser bikes, sandboards, sandsleds, and beach wagons. Beach wheelchairs are available. An indoor swimming pool and a hot tub are located inside Cape Kiwanda Marketplace. There is a fitness center with a treadmill, stationary bike, rowing machine, and multi-use strength machine. The Putting Course features a 9-hole course with obstacles. A playground is available. Hart's Camp Pavilion includes horseshoes, cornhole, Giant Connect Four, Yardzee, and Giant Jenga.
