The winery also showcases Divis family wines every Thursday night, along with seasonally appropriate entrees for 'Chef's Dinner'. Each course is paired perfectly with one of the wines. Chef Dana prepares dishes such as Wine Braised Short Ribs, Prime Rib, Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, Herbes de Provence Grilled Flank Steak, Maple Glazed Salmon, Balsamic Maple Glazed Pork Chop with Peach Salsa, Clam Linguine, Pesto Salmon, Chimichurri Flank Steak, Chipotle Maple Tomahawk Pork Chop, Beef Braciole, Greek Chicken, and Asian Salmon.
