The Marcus Whitman features 133 guestrooms and suites in the Historic Tower and West Wing. Tower Suites include a parlor living room with sofas and chairs. Tower Marc King rooms offer a sofa sleeper and wet bar. Tower King rooms are also available. Accessible Tower King rooms include bathroom support bars, a roll-up sink, and a roll-in shower. West Junior Suites, located in the West Wing, have dual entrances. West Double Queen rooms feature two queen beds. West King rooms offer ample space. Accessible West King rooms provide a transfer shower, support bars, and a roll-up sink. West Queen rooms feature a queen bed. All rooms include Dynasty Plush beds, premium linens, and Paya amenities. In-room coffee with Walla Walla Roastery blend is provided.

The Marc Restaurant serves modern American cuisine with Pacific Northwest flavors, incorporating ingredients from local suppliers and a rooftop garden.
