Moclips is located 30 minutes from Lake Quinault, 5 minutes from Seabrook, and 30 minutes from Ocean Shores. Recreation includes hiking, rafting, and fishing. Point Grenville views are available. The beach is wide and flat. Moclips zoning allows houses to be built close to the sea.

Pacific House rates from June 15 to September 4 are $649 per night (4-night minimum). Off-peak shoulder seasons are $399 per night (3-night minimum). From October 1 to March 31, rates are $349 per night Monday-Thursday (3-night minimum) and $449 per night Friday-Sunday. Holidays are $499 per night. Amenities include private hot tubs, electric fireplaces, 4KHD TVs with streaming services, and Wi-Fi with 100mbps download and 9 mbps upload speeds. Cooking utensils and linens are provided.
