North Forty Resort offers twenty-three individual log cabins and one glamping tent. Cabins feature handcrafted log furnishings, gas fireplaces, full kitchens (minus an oven), private bathrooms, and bedding. All rooms include tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, a dining table, a patio, and a flat-screen TV. Suites provide a private entrance, air conditioning, a living room, separate bedrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen with a stovetop and refrigerator. Select suites have a barbecue and a fireplace. The Tamarack Cabin is the largest, sleeping up to ten guests with three bedrooms. The wheelchair-accessible Aspen King Suite features a ramp and accommodates up to six guests with a king bed, a queen bed, and a sofa sleeper. Nine cabins are pet friendly.

The Snowberry Center is available for group functions, accommodating 50 to 65 people indoors. It features a full commercial kitchen, a gas fireplace, restrooms, and a sound system. The outdoor patio includes tables, sun umbrellas, and barbecue grills. The Snowberry Center is suitable for weddings, business meetings, retreats, receptions, and family reunions.
