Skywater Cabins features eleven cabin rentals near the Rocky Mountains' Bitterroot Valley. Wolves Den and Montana Suite offer 380-480 sq ft spaces for up to 3 guests. Bitterroot Cabin has a queen bed. Eagles Nest Cabin, an upstairs unit, provides 600 sq ft with 2 single beds. Cabin No. 11 includes 750 sq ft, a king-size bed, a sofa bed and two single beds in the upstairs loft for up to 4 guests. Each cabin includes a full kitchen, a bathroom, a porch, air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, parquet or carpeted floors, tea/coffee facilities, a sitting area, a dining table, a patio and garden furniture. Kitchens contain a refrigerator, kitchenware, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a dryer, and cookware/kitchen utensils. Bathrooms provide free toiletries.

Skywater Cabins provides access to a private lake for fishing and kayaking. The property sits on the banks of the Bitterroot River. This river has trout fishing from March to October. Public access is available for wading. Guided float trips can be arranged via Latitudes Outfitting Co., with pickup and drop-off at the cabins.
