THE ANCHORAGE MOTEL, Pacific City

The Anchorage Motel, located on the Northern Oregon Coast in Pacific City, provides a range of rooms. Options include family suites with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a living room with a twin size daybed. The king family suite features king size beds in each bedroom, a twin size daybed, and a 55" Roku Smart TV. King suites include a king size bed and a queen size bed, along with a full kitchen. The deluxe king suite has a custom cedar wood accent wall. The premium king suite is a one-bedroom suite with a king size bed, a full kitchen, a pull-out sofa bed, a 43" Roku Smart TV, a wine refrigerator, and a washer/dryer. Junior suites offer a queen bed and a loveseat. Queen rooms are available in standard, deluxe, and premium configurations. The Loft Suite is an adults-only allergy-friendly suite with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size bed in the living room area.

The Anchorage Cottage is a one-bedroom cottage that sleeps up to 5 people, featuring a king size bed, two single daybeds, and a twin size rollaway bed, along with a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. A two-bedroom cottage is also available, with queen size beds and a sofa that pulls out to a full-size bed. Each suite and room has a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

All rooms include high-speed fiber optic internet, Smart TVs, refrigerators, microwaves, and Keurig coffee makers. Bathrooms are stocked with Tommy Bahama bath products and make-up remover wipes. Kitchens are equipped with ranges with ovens, refrigerators with freezers, microwaves, Keurig coffeemakers, basic pots/pans, plates, bowls, glassware, and utensils. Coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, and pepper are provided.

The motel is a short walk to the beach, Nestucca River, hiking trails, restaurants, and shops. Cape Kiwanda, offering surfing and climbing, is nearby. The Nestucca River is popular for fishing, with three public boat launches available. Sand Lake Recreation Area is a popular spot for ATV enthusiasts. The Three Capes Scenic Loop includes Cape Kiwanda, Cape Lookout, and Cape Mears. Nearby landmarks include Rowboat Gallery (0.3 km), Cape Kiwanda State Natural Area (2 km), and Nestucca Bay (3 km).

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Each room has an assigned parking spot. The motel offers a fish cleaning station and a heated outdoor shower. A grass area with chairs is available for guests with pets. S'mores and Romance packages are offered for a fee. A service animal must be registered prior to arrival and must have current immunization against rabies and other diseases.
