One room, on the second floor, includes a king size bed, private bath with walk-in shower, private deck, gas fireplace, and reading chairs. Another room, on the first floor, features a king size bed that can convert to twin beds, a twin daybed, a wheelchair accessible private bath and shower, garden views and a private entrance. This room can accommodate a third guest. Another large corner room includes a queen bed and two large windows overlook San Juan hills, ponds and pasture lands. All rooms include bathrobes, a private bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and slippers. Rooms have carpeted floors and heating.

The pastoral estate is designated an official Backyard Wildlife Sanctuary where guests can view deer, fox, trumpeter swans, dabbling ducks, and other wetland species. Miniature horses, alpacas, and a miniature goat also reside at the Trumpeter Inn. Friday Harbor is home to the Whale Museum and the San Juan Islands Museum of Art. San Juan Island is considered one of the best places in the world for whale watching. Location and Access
Trumpeter Inn is located on five acres outside Friday Harbor, Washington, offering views of the Olympic Mountains. Friday Harbor is 5 km away. Most folks take the Washington State Ferry out of Anacortes, Washington. You can park your car at the ferry terminal, or bring it on the ferry.
