Suites with unique views
Otters Pond Bed & Breakfast, an adult retreat, is 10 km from Orcas Island. It has 5 suites available year-round, each with a private bathroom. Some bathrooms include clawfoot soaking tubs; others feature duel head walk-in showers. West-facing suites enjoy pond views, while east-facing rooms have forest views and pine cross-breezes. All suites include: free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, luxury linens and soaps, shared guest refrigerator, beverage station, Smart TVs (Goldfinch & Swan), guest library, and outdoor covered hot tub. The Swan Room has a Smart TV for use with personal media accounts, such as Hulu and Roku. One small, romantic room features a four-poster queen bed and pictures depicting Orcas Island wildlife by local artists. The double room features a fireplace, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a private entrance, a seating area, a wardrobe as well as garden views.
Breakfast with local ingredients
Breakfast is prepared daily by Chef Amanda, using ingredients from the garden and island farms. The menu changes daily. On select afternoons, there is a happy hour featuring Orcas Project wines.
Activities and nature
Guests can lounge on the decks for views of birds and other wildlife. A hot tub overlooks the pond. The inn is near Moran State Park's east entrance, approximately 3 km from Moran State Park and 1 km from Cascade Lake. The park has hiking trails, lakes, waterfalls, and a mountain peak with views of the San Juan Islands and Mount Baker. Otters Pond Bed & Breakfast is near Moran State Park at the base of Mt. Constitution and 4 miles from Eastsound village. Guests visit the Saturday farmer's market or one of the town's restaurants. Seatac Airport to Lake Union and Boeing Field via their shuttle, included in RT tickets
