Dining at Yellowstone Grill
The Yellowstone Valley Grill features farm-to-table cuisine prepared in an open kitchen. The menu changes seasonally, featuring local, regional, and sustainable ingredients. Guests can enjoy premium cuts of dry-aged ribeye and salads, complemented by a wine and craft beer list.
